Fast Track Fasting ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Fast Track Fasting mobile application.

Data you provide: When you use the App, you may voluntarily enter information such as your fasting schedule preferences, fasting start and end times, weight, and personal goals.

Automatically collected data: We may collect basic usage analytics such as app opens, feature usage frequency, and crash reports to improve the App experience. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Health data: If you choose to integrate with Apple Health, the App may read or write fasting-related health data with your explicit permission. We never access Health data without your consent, and this data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the fasting tracking experience
• Display your fasting history, streaks, and progress
• Send optional local notifications (fasting reminders, completion alerts)
• Diagnose technical issues and improve app stability

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Your fasting data is stored locally on your device by default. If you opt into cloud sync or account creation, your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest).

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. You can delete your data at any time from within the App under Settings > Data > Delete All Data.

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Apple Health (HealthKit):Optional integration for syncing fasting windows as health data. Access requires your explicit permission and can be revoked at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy > Health.
• StoreKit / App Store:In-app purchases and subscriptions (FastTrack Pro) are handled through Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not process or store payment information directly.
• Analytics: We may use privacy-focused analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data (in-app or by contacting us)
• Opt out of analytics collection
• Revoke HealthKit permissions at any time
• Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
