By downloading, installing, or using the Fast Track Fasting mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Fast Track Fasting is an intermittent fasting tracker that helps you plan, track, and review your fasting habits. The App provides tools including a fasting timer with progress ring, schedule management (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, Custom), streak tracking, insights and charts, Apple Health integration, and optional premium features via FastTrack Pro.

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information and tools provided are for general wellness and informational purposes only. Fasting may not be appropriate for everyone.

You should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fasting program, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of eating disorders.

We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the App.

Your fasting data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. You can delete all data at any time from Settings > Data > Delete All Data.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Use the App to collect data about other users without consent

All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks in the App are owned by Fast Track Fasting or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The App offers FastTrack Pro, a premium subscription with additional features including weekly and monthly trend charts, data export, and custom app icons. Subscriptions are available as monthly ($1.99/mo) or yearly ($14.99/yr) plans.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store via StoreKit. Subscription terms, billing, and renewal are governed by Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions.

Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Track Fasting and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Track Fasting and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
